The top of the mountain has an observatory that assists scientist with analyzing weather patterns and the local wildlife. Hiking the mountain is an all day event often hikers may have the opportunity to take the shuttle down from the summit. There are variety of trials that allow you to explore the Lake of Clouds Hut and other great views of the area.

Mount Chocorua

Mount Chocorua located in Albany is one of my personal favorites. There are three hiking trails which are are the Piper Trail, Champney Falls Trail, and the Liberty Trail. Reaching the top of the mountain can require a little skill and proper footwear due to the amount of boulders that you have to climb. THIS HIKE IS A MUST!
